What Wine To Pair With Chili

Jill loves to make chili when the weather turns colder and I’ve done a fair amount of research to decide what pairs

best with this spicy, meaty dish. This wine can be found at a specialty wine shop.
1. Etna Bianco. This white wine is made with 60-100% Carricante grown in the volcanic soils of Mount Etna in Sicily.
It can be made in a variety of styles but is almost always dry, fresh, and balanced. Tomatoes are part of the everyday
diet in Sicily and what grows together, goes together. Also pairs well with the Godfather. Did Michael ever tell Kay

2. Miller High Life. If you like your chili spicy, the Champagne of Beers is a solid choice early and often. Also a great
workout beer.
